Since Christmas

Well the last post was made before Christmas so this is a short update of what has been going on since.


We had a snow day. Payton had fun playing in it but she was sick and

she was cold so we didn't stay out in it too long.





A bad hair day...well this is what her hair looks like after a nap and first
thing in the morning.





One day she got a hold of nail polish and some how only

 got it on her fingers and nails.






Our new addition. This is Roscoe an all black long coat German Shepherd.
We love him!!

Grady went to a basketball game so Payton and I had fun baking and
decorating cookies!!



And this was actually taken tonight. Payton and I had a spa night.
We had a chocolate facial and did our finger and toe nails. When
she saw herself in the mirror she freaked out. She was scared of
her own face and wanted that chocolate off ASAP!! It was
priceless!!!

We had lots of changes in December. We got a new puppy, Payton got a play room for all of her toys, and her room was converted into a toddler room. She really loved Christmas this year. But she wasn't too fond of Santa (one night she cried saying she didn't want him to sit on her couch lol) but she did enjoy blowing him kisses. That's about as close as she would get to him. BUT now that he brought her toys she is really interested in him. I think she may just sit on his lap next year! We had 9 Christmases so by the time it was over she was still asking where we were gonna go next. he-he Anyways here are a few recent pics. Hopefully I will be better about blogging in the future. ;)

A Busy October!

Payton has been a busy girl lately. We have been to birthday party's, a wedding, the Fall Festival...that's just to name a few things we have done! She is at this stage where she is shy one minute and dancing in front of everyone the next. She comes out with the funniest things. I will have to write some of them to post soon!

We went to Nana and Poppas one day and we got to see
Sydney, Zachary, Aunt Dawn, Uncle Ruben,
Uncle Derek and Great Mema!




Oh and she got to jump on the neighbors trampoline while we were there!!

We went to Grady's cousin Wes' wedding. We all had so much fun!

Payton got to help clean out the pumpkin. Of course she loved that!!



Then we carved it and roasted the seeds. She would have snacked
 on those seeds all night if I would have let her!!
