Uncle Nick Made a Visit

Payton got to meet uncle Nick for the first time this past week. He is in the Marines and lives in North Carolina so we do not get to see him often. While Nick was here he got engaged! Congrats Nick and Deanna!!

Weekend Pics

Saturday we went to Kinleys 1st birthday party. She was dressed up so cute but the only good pic that I got was of her eating the cake so no clothes. he-he But you can check out the link to Princess Kinleys blog site for more pics.



I plan to dress her up in the cat shirt granny got her and take her pics in a pumpkin patch but until we get to do that we took these.

Just a Little Update

Payton had her 6 month checkup on Tuesday and everything was good. We have been lucky that she has been a very healthy baby!
She has more and more personality every day and is always talking (well trying to) or laughing at something. She says Ba-Ba- Ba-Ba, ma-ma ma-ma and she has said da-da da-da for a few weeks now. She doesn't really relate her words to anything yet but just says them. Also she is a tough little girl. Daddy rough houses with her and she gets so tickled and never gets scared of anything. She got up on her knees for the first time the other night so its just a matter of time before she is crawling all over the place!
The weather has been so nice. We have had the windows open for two days now! I can put her in long sleeves now so her wardrobe just got a lot bigger. Yay!! She already had a ton of clothes but I am excited to try new ones on her now.

Aunt Jen's B-Day

Tomorrow the 10th is Aunt Jen's birthday. So Payton "made" her some cup cakes. Then this evening we headed to Ft. Worth and Paw Paw and Grammy took us all out to dinner at Hoffbrau Steaks. Yummy!

Once Again

While hard at play once again Payton fell asleep. This time in her Johnny Jump Up. Sometimes she will not nap no matter what so she literally plays her poor little self to sleep.

Payton has been our little cheerleader today. She loves football and baseball so she and daddy have been enjoying the game together. Granny Sharon got her this outfit. It's too cute! =)

Meridian Class of 98 Reunion

This past Friday night we had my class of 98 reunion. We met up at the homecoming game and Saturday night a few of us got together so we could talk and catch up. It was a lot of fun.
