Little Momma

Payton has been BUSY!! From the minute her feet hit the floor in the morning she walks and walks. We laugh because sometimes she will walk the same circle from the living room, down the hallway and back to the living room over and over again.

Here she is playing mommy!


It looks like she was checking the baby's temp here but really she was hitting it on the head.

And well she loves to make messes when we feed her. Most of the time she is hungry so she just wants to eat...but sometimes she wants to make these messes (she spits out the food and rubs it all over her face) and no matter how hard we try to prevent it this is what we end up with!!

A Video of Our Little Walker

Payton started walking the day before her birthday. It was so cute when she took off and I wanted to get a video right away (before she got really good at it) but for some reason I didn't. This is a couple days ago. You can see she is still using her arms a little to balance. hehe Every day she has gotten better and better...she even started running today!

Easter Weekend

This past weekend we went to Corrigan for my Aunt Debbie's wedding. Congrats to Aunt Debbie & Victor!! After the wedding we had an easter egg hunt which was a lot of fun! Then after the egg hunt we celebrated my second cousins Greyson (4/7) & Izak (4/10) and Payton's (4/8) birthdays.

Funny Day!

Most nights we put Payton down to bed for the night only to get her back up when she makes the first little sound. We just want to hold her one more time. ha-ha I know we are dorks! Anyways, here is a look at what we found tonight!








Grady took her for her one year check up today also...poor girl got four shots, one in each arm and leg. The good thing is she didn't feel bad or have any fever. This is how she was sleeping when they got home.





And this is what happens when we get out of her sight for a few seconds. The instant I came back into the living room she cleared her tray of the wipes and took off running. She does this every time she has something she isn't supposed to have. So funny!

Chuck E. Cheese's

Ever since I was pregnant Grady has said that we are spending Payton's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese. He loved it there as a kid and wanted to go play again! So we went and he disappeared trying to earn all of those tickets. Guess what he bought...a plastic cricket! So funny! Payton got to ride all of the rides, eat jello and open another gift so she was very happy.

Every time we go to restaurants I give her a cucumber...they are her favorite restaurant food!

This horse was a little too wild but it was her favorite ride. I think we have a little dare devil on our hands!
